Several years ago ….. we were able to visit a cemetery in France where soldiers from both World Wars were buried. One section that was especially thought provoking contained the bodies of unidentified men and women. Their epitaph was simply ‘ Known unto God’. Today we commemorate Anzac Day and remember the Australian and Kiwi soldiers who fought for their countries. Many didn’t survive. But they also were ‘Known unto God’. The Bible tells us that not even a sparrow dies without the Father knowing. Matthew 10:29. Let us not forget them either!
