Hi!
I’m Brian. Many years ago, a friend described my work, as a pastor, in this way:
Brian has 1000 keys in his hand and his responsibility is to find the one that unlocks the potential in each person.
I’m not sure how others would see the role of a church pastor, but for me, my friend has described more than my role as a pastor; he had described one of the key things that bring me joy in life, helping others succeed.
I am currently serving as pastor at The Chapel in Te Atatu Peninsula. My wife, Margaret is also a pastor and her passion is the development of leaders, especially those given to investing their lives in children, youth and their families.
We have three adult children, two of who a married, and four delightful grandchildren. I am also privileged to still have my mum and dad living nearby. That’s them in the photo.
